The conference organisers invited government workers and academics from UK, Europe and USA to form the Science Committee. The members of the committee have many years experience of wildlife biology, epidemiology and model development and a great insight into the current concerns and priorities in the field. They are expertly qualified to set the aims and agenda of the conference. The committee will also review submitted abstracts and be involved in the activities during the conference week

We are delighted to announce that Christl Donnelly, Martin Lange and Mark Wilbur will be giving the keynote talks. They will address the How, What and Why themes of the conference - look out for some thought provoking talks and be prepared to join the discussion around these topics during the panel sessions

James White is chairing the Early Career Researcher panel, a group of four PhD and post-doctoral students who will be holding a number of activities designed to support academics and workers at this stage of their career.
