Register

You must register in order to attend the conference. If you have submitted an abstract, you must register within 4 weeks of its acceptance.

Three types of attendance are available, student, early bird and standard. 

  • Student rate: £280

  • Early bird rate: £410

  • Standard rate: £540

  • Online rate for delegates from the Global South, Australia and New Zealand: £50

You must pay the applicable fee when you register.

You may also buy gala dinner and excursion tickets when registering or at a later date.

All prices include VAT.

Student and early bird tickets

Student and early bird tickets are available in limited numbers on a first come first served basis.

If registering as a student delegate, you will be required to provide evidence of your student status.

Online attendance

A reduced rate for online attendance is available for delegates from the Global South, Australia and New Zealand.

Online attendees will be able to view presentations live and ask questions of the presenter using the Slido App. All registered delegates may access recorded presentations following the conference on the APHA YouTube channel.

Online delegates may give pre-recorded presentations and may respond to questions using Slido. Live remote presentation will not be possible.

If attending online, you'll need to provide evidence of your location.

Information required when registering

You will need to supply the following information when you register:

Dietary and accessibility requirements

  • any dietary requirements you may have (will apply to conference catering, gala dinner and excursion)

  • any accessibility requirements you have

Transport arrangements

  • whether you wish to use the free coach service between York and the conference venue on Monday 6 September for pre-conference hackathon / workshop activities

  • whether you require use of the free coach service between York and the conference venue on the Tuesday 7 to Thursday 9 September for the main conference

Sustainability option

  • whether you wish to take advantage of a carbon offset plan

Additional events

The gala dinner, Friday excursion and pre-conference hackathon/workshop can be booked when you register for the conference. Alternatively, you may return and book them at a later date.

Delegate pack

A delegate pack will be supplied following registration giving further information about conference arrangements including venue details, travel and local hotels.

Registration will be available from 1 December 2026.
